Generally, the author is the first owner of copyright unless the work
was made pursuant to a contract or the author's employment. In the case
of
the latter, the owner is the person who contracted the author or the
author's employer, respectively. However, the parties can choose
to make their own agreement concerning such transfer of copyright.
