Published Editions, Sound Recordings and Films are protected for 50
years from the beginning of the year subsequent to the year of first
publication.
Broadcasts are protected for 50 years from the beginning of the
year subsequent to the year of first broadcast.
Performers' rights subsist until 50 years from the beginning of
the year subsequent to the year in which the live performance was given.
